You can conveniently book online on our website or contact us directly by phone or email: we will be happy to assist you and recommend the solution that best suits your needs.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. We kindly ask you to let us know your expected arrival time in advance. Check-out must be completed by 10:30 a.m. (early check-in or late check-out is available on request at an extra charge, subject to availability).
What are the conditions for children and extra beds?
For toddlers (0-2 years old), a cot is available on request at a cost of €10.00 per night. Cots are subject to availability, so we recommend that you request one at the time of booking.
Where can I park?
Guests can reserve a parking space in a garage 200 metres from the facility for €10.00 per night. Alternatively, public parking spaces are also available in the immediate surroundings.
How can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of room and the period of your stay. Please check the details of your booking or contact us for more information.
Are pets allowed?
Of course! Pets are welcome, with a supplement of €15.00 per night. We only ask you to inform us in advance.
Are there any additional costs or taxes?
There is a municipal tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per night (up to 3 nights, children under 12 are exempt). Any extra costs, such as those for cots or pets, are paid directly at the hotel.
